Online Review: The wine label describes this wine as "produced with the indigenous grape Bombino Bianco together with a small percentage of Chardonnay. It is a fresh, well balanced and fruity white wine that perfectly complements seafood entrees and fish dishes. Well chilled is a great apertif.
My Review: This wine smelled light and crisp to me and tasted very refreshing. It had hints of green apple, and tasted slightly acidic but smooth. It had a slightly bitter aftertaste. Overall it was an enjoyable wine on its own, and I feel like it would taste even better with food, especially with seafood like the wine label suggests.
